BRENTWOOD, ESSEX – THURSDAY, MARCH 5: Eddie Hearn’s Matchroom Sport is thrilled to announce today the launch of Matchroom Talent Agency – with its first signing, UFC Heavyweight Champion, Tom Aspinall.

Matchroom Talent Agency is Matchroom Sport’s new brand of talent management, created by Chairman Eddie Hearn to manage and service leading Sport & Entertainment talent with care and loyalty, nurturing athletes’ careers by managing their brand and building their reputations.

The new subsidiary sits alongside Matchroom Sport’s leading global entities in Matchroom Boxing, Professional Darts Corporation, World Snooker and Matchroom MultiSport.

With an unrivalled dominance over the past 40 years, Matchroom has been at the heart of some of the most poignant and iconic sporting moments in history, pioneered by an array of legendary superstars from generations past and present.

And a new journey begins today across Sport & Entertainment, as Matchroom Talent Agency embarks on a bright future ahead by joining forces with one of the biggest stars in the world as mega star – and reigning UFC Heavyweight king – Tom Aspinall is confirmed as the first member to join its world class talent roster.

Ranked in the top 10 as one of the best pound-for-pound MMA fighters on the planet, Aspinall, 32, became the first ever Briton to be crowned the UFC Heavyweight Champion back in 2025.

Aspinall will continue working closely with his existing Media and Management team as Matchroom Talent Agency supports him with further key services ranging from Commercial, through to Publishing, Digital, Broadcast and Legal – and Eddie Hearn is excited to officially kickstart this new Matchroom Sport venture alongside the Salford-born combat fighter.
