Matchroom Talent Agency is thrilled to announce today the signing of its latest client in 16-year-old sprint sensation, Bronson Hearn-Smith.

The Essex teenager joins Eddie Hearn’s growing stable of superstars, which includes Rugby Union internationals Henry Pollock and Finn Russell, along with UFC fighters Tom Aspinall and Ian Machado Garry.

Hearn-Smith, who hails from Tiptree, has emerged as one of the most talked-about young sprinters in the country following a rapid rise through the junior ranks and, last July in Italy, he won the European Under 18s Athletics Championships at 200m with a personal best time of 20.70 seconds.

The prodigal youngster’s distinctive looks and effortless running style have endeared him to the Athletics community, with Hearn-Smith’s impressive performances seeing him enjoy huge success on social media.

His breakthrough attracted significant attention in 2025, when footage of him winning a school 100m race in Colchester went viral. And now he has joined forces with Matchroom, he expects to sky rocket even further.

“Joining Matchroom is a massive moment for me,” said Bronson Hearn-Smith.

“I’ve watched what they’ve built for athletes and it’s more than a team, it’s a family. I’m proud to now be part of it.

Hearn-Smith clocked his personal best in the 100m at 10.36. And, with hopes of watching him one day compete for Team GB at the Olympics, Eddie Hearn believes he has the world at his feet.
